Have the Heart

I looked up in the bible what it says about the brokenhearted.

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.  Psalm 34:18

It is possible that someone has been so heartbroken over someone or situation that they can't love the person the way they deserve to be loved.

I do see how much pain a heart can be in when it doesn't know how to heal.

It is going to require God's love.

For me I had to look at why I wanted/needed this person to love me. 

  It is for all the reasons God wants to love me, not anything this person(s) could give.

God's love is unconditional.  It is not coming from a place of EGO.

I can see that I needed to release some frustration about love and heartbreak

 and what I see as egoic love or a distorted view of love,

 so my own heart could heal.

We are made in the image of God, and God is LOVE!

His heart is Love!

Heartbreak comes from having an expectation, 

and placing that much responsibility on another person is too much.

You have to let go and let God. 

 He has enough love to complete what is lacking in you and make your heart whole.
