Christmas in July

Again the Lord revealing things to me that I would like to share.

None of us would like it if our child came down on Christmas morning and said, 

 I am not worthy of these gifts that you want to give me, so I'm not opening or receiving them.

That is how Jesus feels when we don't receive his free gifts of

 righteousness, abundance, grace, and mercy, that he died to give us every day of the year.

 Thank goodness children have the ability to receive.

Unless you become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. ~ Matthew 18:3

The reason for the seasons is to

  balance our hearts by being present with him and giving thanks.

 And, by receiving the gift of His Presence.
