Allowing the Light
So the Lord showed me, and has been teaching me, how to do this in my life. I finally put it into words.
Allowing the Light
The biggest lesson in watercolor is allowing space for the light.
A Life Lesson, if you think you have it all covered. lol
This is hard for a person (me) who was asked,
"Did you like dark chocolate as a child?" by an art professor. Which I did and still do!
Allowing the light means, you don't do anything to that space. The paper is the light. You then, add the color and details around it, to create the full picture.
In life, this to me means, you don't interfere with God's plan for you.
You allow Him (light) and what you add, should cause Him to be illuminated in your life or circumstances.
It's very hard to not try and make something happen (out of Divine timing).
In watercolor if you have moved into the light space, you have messed up your image. You can't go back and add light in. You have to start over.
In other mediums you can go back and add light in to highlight, but in the "Watercolor of Life" you have to stop, and start again.
This time! Allow, God (light) and trust that, He has YOU!
You do your part, He does His! 🥰💖
