Someone's effort?

That word 'effort' means conscious exertion of power. That word 'exertion' means mental.

So, someone's 'mental power' (mind) is a reflection of their interest in you?

God doesn't call it mind He calls it soul.

Someone with the Soul of God will reflect His desires which are love, joy, peace, kindness (the Fruits of the Spirit).

So, I desire someone showing me the Soul of God as a reflection of their interest in me not effort.
